OozeX is the next logical step for the evolution of Ooze. We are experts in our field, and with the massive success of our Slim Twist Vape Pen, a line of premium concentrates at an affordable price point just makes sense. Our customers trust us for quality and approachability when it comes to hardware, and OozeX will translate that same expertise with our extracts. Through our messaging and price points, we intend to make concentrates an accessible option for novice and veteran users alike.

As a Brand Ambassador for OozeX, you will serve as the face of our brand, working in the field to attend events and engage with consumers. You will combine the responsibilities of promoting our brand and educating customers and budtenders about our products. This role involves strengthening relationships with retail customers and dispensary employees, gathering insights to report back to Marketing and Sales, and most of all having fun while working!

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Representation:

• Serve as the face of the brand at events, vendor days, budtender education and other promotional activities.
• Promote the brand through various channels, including social media, events, and in-store engagements.
• Maintain a positive and professional image of the brand at all times.

Product Expertise:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product line, including features, benefits, and usage.
• Provide detailed product information and recommendations to customers, ensuring they select products that best meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers, staff, and partners.

Customer Engagement:

• Engage with customers to build strong relationships and foster brand loyalty.
• Share customer and budtender feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Address customer and budtender inquiries during in-store support.

Event Support:

• In person support for promotional events, including product launches, pop-ups, and educational workshops.
• Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure successful event execution.

Qualifications:

Experience and Knowledge:

• Proven experience in a brand ambassador or product specialist role, preferably within the cannabis industry.
• In-depth knowledge of cannabis products, including various consumption methods.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.

Personal Attributes:

• Passion for the cannabis industry and commitment to promoting its benefits responsibly.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability.
• Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

The Deets:

• Work as a part-time independent contractor attending 4-6 events per month.
• Events are typically held on evenings and/or weekends, with hours ranging from 4-6 hours per event.
• Compensation: $28-30 per hour + reimbursement for travel outside of a 20-mile radius.

Requirements:

• Ability to travel to various locations for events and engagements.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Minimum 21 years of age (or as required by state regulations).
• Successfully pass a background check.
• Previous event marketing or brand ambassador experience preferred.
• Outgoing, upbeat, energetic, and passionate about the cannabis industry.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to speak one-on-one as well as to groups.
• Ability to stand for long periods and push, pull, or lift up to 35 lbs.
