Job Description

The University of Kent Academies Trust are seeking to appoint a resilient and proactive Cleaner to join their enthusiastic and motivated facilities team who work to maintain our buildings. This is a permanent role, for 20 hours per week, all year round.

This shift is from 3pm 7pm each day. Predominantly based at Brompton Academy, the postholder will be deployed as seen fit by the Estates Manager and this may include very occasional work at Chatham Grammar to cover staff absence.

The role will operate as part of a team undertaking general cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, emptying bins, cleaning washroom facilities etc. You must be able to use own initiative and work well as part of a team.

Experience desirable, although full training will be provided if required. If you think you have the necessary skills and experience and would like to work in a friendly and supportive team, we would like to hear from you.
