We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant here in the Upstate. The role involves a range of key tasks including travel and logistics management, expense reporting, and calendar management, within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Organize travel arrangements for a member of the senior leadership team
• Coordinate logistics for various events
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events
• Generate and submit accurate expense reports
• Maintain the calendar for senior leadership
• Attend and support required meetings, taking detailed minutes for later review
• Use various softwares to effectively complete tasks.

• Preferred education generally equivalent to an Associates’ Degree
• Requires 3+ years of successful administrative experience
• Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written are required
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, employees, customers, and the general public
• Occasional travel is required
• Uphold strong ethical standards and confidentiality all aspects of your work.
