The Manager of Marketing Operations is responsible for managing processes, tools, metrics, and initiatives required to deliver marketing goals and plans. T his role will design , document, and implement optimized business processes, ensuring effective communication and change management throughout the organization .
The Manager will work to m inimize manual processes, eliminate duplication of efforts and complex hand-offs between team members, and increase Marketing capabilities through clear, standardized, and streamlined processes . They will e stablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, measure success, and identify areas for further improvement.
Effectively, this position will assist with creating access, connection, and resourcing for the Marketing Teams Centers of Excellence to develop world-class execution for our supported Doctors, Operations Partners, and the Enterprise at large.
This role report s to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations.

At least 3+ years of Agile methodologies experience.
8+ years of continuous optimizat ion management experience in multi-unit operating model
